Soul Integration:
The Trinity Framework
Where Psychology, Mysticism, and Lived Experience Meet
WHAT IS SOUL INTEGRATION?
Soul integration is the practice of gathering your fragmented parts and weaving them into wholeness.
It's not just therapy.
It's not just spirituality.
It's both.
Soul integration bridges:
Western psychology ( Jung, Internal Family Systems)
Indigenous wisdom (shamanic soul retrieval traditions)
Performance psychology (alter ego methodology)
Mysticism (shadow work, alchemy, ceremony)
Lived experience (testimony, embodiment, survival)
When trauma happens, you fragment.
Parts of you scatter to survive.
The playful part shuts down.
The angry part gets exiled.
The sensitive part goes underground.
Soul integration is calling those parts back home.
Not fixing them.
Not performing spiritual bypass.
Not "killing the ego."
Gathering them.
You're not broken.
You're fragmented.
And fragments can be gathered.
That's what we do here.
THE ORIGIN STORY: THE MANY NAMES BEFORE THE TRINITY
The Trinity didn't arrive all at once. And it wasn't my first experience with fragmentation.
I've been splitting to survive since I was a child.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
JACKIE ROSE - THE GIRL BEFORE
[Brief: Birth name, the girl before everything shattered]
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
AGE 8 - THE FIRST CRACK
[Brief: Found out adopted, Catholic school, life became a lie, something started to rage but had no name yet]
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
AGE 12 - LITTLE LUCIA EMERGES (UNNAMED)
[Full story: Father died, part of me died too, and I tried to too, mother's betrayal, attempted stabbing of stepfather, cops called, juvenile delinquent life begins]
This is when Lucia REALLY came.
My biological father died. I felt like a part of me died, too. I started to struggle with suicidal ideations.
My mother started betraying me to the juvenile system. She called the cops on me when I tried to stab my stepfather. I was a child trying to protect myself. And she called me the criminal.
That's when the part emerged that said:
"If no one will protect me, I'll protect myself."
But I didn't have a name for her yet.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
ADOLESCENCE - A LIFE OF SYSTEMS AND STREETS
[Full story: Juvenile delinquent, group homes, juvie, random (men's) places, nomad life, nowhere felt safe]
Then came the streets.
Group homes. Juvie lockups.
Staying with random peopleβmostly menβfor a place to sleep.
Living like a nomad.
Never did I feel anywhere was safe to stay for long.
Because nowhere WAS safe.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
THE SURVIVAL NAMES
[Brief: Fake names as a runaway, groomed into CSEC at 14,
stripper names, commodified survival]
By adolescence, I was using fake names.
Not because I was creating personas.
Because I was being groomed into CSEC - Commercial Sexual Exploitation of Children.
Though I wouldn't have the language for that until I became a Human Trafficking Support Specialist as an adult.
The fake names became stripper names.
Survival masks to keep the real me safe while my body was commodified.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
SERENITY DELVE - THE SEARCH FOR PEACE (2018)
[Full story: Name meaning, arrest, rescue through criminalizing system, prosecuted as perpetrator, prophetic messages]
By 2018, I was using the name Serenity Delve.
A name that means "to search/dig for peace."
Prophetic, though I didn't realize it at the time.
That's the name I was using when I was arrested for conspiracy to sex trafficking.
That's when I was rescued. Rescued by (the family of) God.
Through the very system that first criminalized me.
God sent them.
But I was still prosecuted as a perpetrator.
Not a victim.
Not a survivor who'd been exploited since 14.
Not a child who tried to defend herself and was constantly betrayed by her mother.
A criminal.
During the arrestβduring the rescueβthe revelations came.
Prophetic messages about my purpose.
The same kind I'd received as a teenager.
Messages about using my experiences to help others.
Even though, admittedly, I'm still figuring out what both the experiences and the purpose fully mean.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
RECOVERY - 2019 TO PRESENT
[Full story: Halfway house, probation just ended, won't disclose clean date, recovery isn't linear & neither is healing]
I entered the halfway house (the 1st time) in January 2019.
Probation: 1/2019 - 10/2025.
I won't disclose my clean date.
Because even during probation, there were many times I looked for a way out.
Recovery isn't linear because healing isnβt
And I'm not going to perform "perfect sobriety" to be worthy of sharing this work.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
REBUILDING - THE LAST 3 YEARS
I've been out of the halfway house for 3 years.
Working on rebuilding with my children.
After cutting off my entire rotted family tree.
Including the mother who betrayed me to the cops when I was a child trying to survive.
To replant Our Garden.
That's when The Trinity began to emerge.
THE TRINITY - THREE PHASES
PHASE 1: JYPZE - RECLAIMING SOFTNESS (POST-RESCUE, EARLY RECOVERY)
π Jypze came firstβas a NAMED part.
[Full story: After rescue 2018, in a halfway house, named the soft part, didn't know it was "parts work," just knew she deserved to be seen]
She came after the rescue.
After entering recovery.
After being in the halfway house and starting to rebuild.
That's when I finally named her.
Jypze.
The playful, chaotic, wildly sensitive partβthe one everyone said was "too much."
The part that had been buried under Jackie Rose, the 8-year-old finding out she was adopted, the 12-year-old whose father died, fake names, stripper personas, Serenity Delve.
The part that was STILL ALIVE underneath it all.
I named her because if I didn't, I'd lose her completely.
π Pink eyes = the softness that survived everything.
I didn't know I was doing "parts work."
I just knew: She deserves a name. She deserves to be seen.
In hindsight, I now know:
Jypze is what Internal Family Systems calls an Exileβthe wounded inner child holding sensitivity, playfulness, and the qualities we're told to hide.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
PHASE 2: NAMING THE SHADOW THAT KEPT ME ALIVE
(From Lyrical Glamsta to Lucia Lilith)
β€οΈ Lucia came secondβas a NAMED part.
But really, she'd been there, unconsciously, since I was 12.
HOW SHE EMERGED (Age 12):
Lucia emerged when:
I learned everything I had been taught was a lie while living in an abusive home/family.
My biological father died, and part of me died too
My mother betrayed me to the juvenile system & called the cops on me when I tried to stab my stepfather in self-defense
She kept me alive through:
Juvenile delinquency
The streets, group homes, juvie
Staying with random men/people for a place to sleep
Living like a nomad
CSEC exploitation
Stripper work
Arrest, incarceration, halfway house
She was ALWAYS there.
But she wasn't given a name until years later.
FIRST NAMING: "LYRICAL GLAMSTA" (2019)
During my first years on the bracelet, during my Jonah season at the halfway house, a sister there gave me a name:
"Lyrical Glamsta."
Because I was always rhyming. Always pouring songs out of me. The fire was spilling through my words, my music, my survival.
She saw the spark in me and named it.
That was the first time my shadow had a name.
SECOND NAMING: "LUCIA LILITH" (2022)
After leaving the halfway house.
After I was rebuilding.
After I started working as a DV and SA trauma-informed counselor.
That's when I finally honored her.
I was learning frameworks. Studying trauma responses.
Reading about alter egos (Kobe's Black Mamba, BeyoncΓ©'s Sasha Fierce).
Learning about shadow work (Carl Jung).
Discovering Internal Family Systems (IFS).
And I realized:
She's not the enemy.
She's not "the problem."
She's the part that kept me ALIVE when no one else would.
She'd been protecting me since I was 12 years old.
She was given the name Lucia.
WHO SHE IS NOW:
β€οΈ Red eyes = the fire that's been keeping me alive since age 12.
In hindsight, I now know:
Lucia is what Internal Family Systems calls a Firefighterβthe protective part that uses extreme measures to protect the Exiles from being hurt again.
She's also what Carl Jung called the Shadowβthe rejected aspects of self that society deems "bad" but are actually powerful.
Lyrical Glamsta became Lucia Lilith.
And I finally let her be SEEN.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
PHASE 3: ISA'ROSE SOPHIA - LIVING AS THE SACRED MARRIAGE
What the Isa'Rose Phase Looks Like:
When Isa'Rose emerges, you stop performing "healed" and start living integrated.
You know you're in the Isa'Rose phase when:
β
Your parts collaborate instead of compete - Lucia and Jypze work together instead of warring
β
You hold paradox - You're soft AND fierce, broken AND blooming, traumatized AND resilient
β
You speak truth without armor - No more performing or protecting
β
You parent your parts - You witness them with compassion instead of exiling them
β
You trust inner knowing over external validation - Your own wisdom becomes primary
β
You plant seeds for your future - You believe you'll be alive to see them bloom
The Isa'Rose Manifesto:
I am the rose that bloomed from the battlefield.
I am the garden that grew from the wreckage.
I am the myth that refused to stay buried.
I do not split myself to stay small.
I do not silence my shadows to seem sacred.
I do not exile my rage to earn love.
I am Lucia's fire, refined into discernment.
I am Jypze's wings, rooted in sovereignty.
I am Sophia's wisdom, embodied in matter.
I did not fall. I became the garden.
Sacred Practices for the Isa'Rose Phase:
π―οΈ Mirror Work - Daily self-recognition: "I am not broken. I am blooming through the mystery."
π Soul Journaling - Write from Isa'Rose's voiceβthe one who sees all your parts and loves them anyway
π± Garden Tending - Plant something literal or metaphorical. A seed, a truth, a vow.
π Crown Your Contradictions - Name one paradox you hold and wear it like a jewel
πΆ Sing Your Song - Hum, chant, vocalize. Even broken wings have melody.
βββββββββββββββββββββββ
PHASE 4: IFS VALIDATION - DISCOVERY, NOT ORIGIN
Then, in Fall 2025, my therapist introduced me to Internal Family Systems (IFS).
And I realized:
I've been doing parts work since I was 12 years old.
When Lucia emerged to protect me after my father died and my mother betrayed me.
I didn't learn IFS and apply it.
I LIVED fragmentation.
I survived by splitting.
Lucia kept me alive.
Jypze kept me soft.
Isa'Rose wove them together.
THEN I discovered the clinical language for what I'd already done.
This is what happens when lived experience meets clinical scholarship.
WHY SOUL INTEGRATION (NOT JUST IFS)?
The Trinity Is Bigger Than Any Single Framework
While Internal Family Systems provides valuable clinical language for parts work, soul integration encompasses something larger.
The Trinity bridges:
1. Survival Wisdom (naming parts to stay alive since age 12)
2. Jungian Shadow Work (integrating the dark feminine)
3. Alter Ego Psychology (studying performance personas during
counselor work)
4. Shamanic Soul Retrieval (calling scattered parts home)
5. Internal Family Systems (clinical validationβExiles,
Firefighters, Self)
6. Mysticism & Alchemy (the sacred marriage of opposites)
7. Creative Embodiment (eye colors make parts work VISIBLE)
Soul integration isn't one modality.
It's the convergence of:
Indigenous wisdom (oldest)
Western psychology (Freud, Jung, IFS)
Performance psychology (alter egos)
Lived experience (survival, testimony)
Creative expression (embodiment, art, ceremony)
When you integrate your soul, you're not just doing therapy.
You're doing alchemy
TRINITY THROUGH MULTIPLE LENSES
Understanding the Trinity Across Frameworks
The Trinity can be understood through multiple psychological, spiritual, and cultural lenses. Here's how different traditions name similar truths:
LENS 1: Shamanic Wisdom & Soul Retrieval (Oldest Framework)
Origin: Indigenous practices dating back thousands of years across cultures worldwide
Core Concept: When trauma occurs, parts of the soul fragment and scatter. Healing requires retrieving those lost soul parts and reintegrating them.
Key Practice: Soul retrieval ceremony, calling parts back through ritual, intention, and spiritual journey work
Wisdom: The oldest framework for understanding fragmentation - practiced for millennia before Western psychology existed
LENS 3: Jungian Psychology
Origin: Carl Jung (1875-1961), founder of analytical psychology
Core Concept: The psyche contains both conscious and unconscious elements. Wholeness (individuation) requires integrating the Shadow (rejected aspects) with the Self (core essence). Jung believed we must face our darkness to become whole.
Key Practice: Shadow work - facing, dialoguing with, and integrating rejected aspects rather than repressing or projecting them onto others
Jung's Wisdom: "One does not become enlightened by imagining figures of light, but by making the darkness conscious."
LENS 4: Internal Family Systems (IFS)
Origin: Dr. Richard Schwartz (1980s-present), evidence-based psychotherapy model
Core Concept: The mind naturally consists of multiple "parts" (sub-personalities). Healing occurs when these parts are unburdened from extreme roles and beliefs, and the Self (core essence) leads the internal system with compassion.
Key Practice: Parts work - getting to know each part, understanding its protective role and positive intent, unburdening it from extreme beliefs, allowing Self to lead the internal system
IFS validates the Trinity's structure - but the Trinity existed first through lived experience, then discovered IFS language.
The Trinity Across Traditions:
What every tradition recognizes:
Fragmentation happens (trauma splits us)
Parts have protective roles (they're not "bad" - they're survival mechanisms)
Integration is the goal (gathering, not exorcising)
A witnessing presence is needed (Soul Retriever, Self, Integrated Superego)
Wholeness includes darkness (Shadow isn't evil - it's exiled power)
Same truth. Different languages.
The Trinity isn't "borrowed" from any single framework.
It's the lived experience of fragmentation and integrationβvalidated across multiple wisdom traditions, both ancient and modern.
The Trinity is where:
Indigenous wisdom (oldest healing tradition)
Western psychology (Freud, Jung, IFS)
Performance psychology (alter egos, embodiment)
Lived experience (survival, testimony, trauma)
Creative expression (eye colors, visual representation)
WHY THE TRINITY MATTERS
This Framework Offers:
1. Accessibility
Parts work made visible through eye colors.
You don't need a PhD to understand which part is speaking.
When you see pink eyes, you know it's Jypze.
When you see red eyes, you know it's Lucia.
When you see yin-yang eyes, you know it's Isa'Rose.
Parts work becomes tangible, visual, embodied.
Not abstract theoryβlived reality you can SEE.
2. Cultural Bridging
Honors both ancient wisdom (shamanic soul retrieval practiced for thousands of years) and modern psychology (IFS, Jung, evidence-based frameworks).
You don't have to choose between spirituality and science.
The Trinity holds both.
3. Integration Without Erasure
You don't "fix" parts.
You don't "kill the ego."
You don't exile the shadow.
You honor, unburden, and integrate them.
Lucia isn't the enemyβshe's the protector.
Jypze isn't brokenβshe's wounded.
Isa'Rose doesn't reject eitherβshe holds both.
Healing happens through gathering, not cutting away.
4. Creative Embodiment
Parts work doesn't have to stay abstract or clinical.
The Trinity makes it tangible, visual, embodied, ALIVE.
Through eye colors.
Through naming.
Through ceremony.
Through creative expression.
You can SEE the work happening.
5. Multiple Entry Points
Whether you resonate with:
Shamanic wisdom (soul retrieval, ceremony, indigenous practices)
Jungian psychology (shadow work, archetypes, depth psychology)
Internal Family Systems (parts work, Self-leadership, clinical framework)
Performance psychology (alter egos, embodiment, Kobe's Black Mamba)
Lived experience (testimony, survival, trauma-to-purpose)
The Trinity has a doorway for you.
You can enter through any tradition and find the others waiting inside.
6. Lived Authority
This isn't theory β application.
This is:
Survival β naming β discovery β validation β teaching.
Lucia emerged when I was 12βlong before I knew what "parts work" was.
Jypze I named in early recoveryβto reclaim the softness that survived.
Isa'Rose I named after rebirthβto hold them both.
THEN I discovered IFS, Jung, shamanic wisdom validate what I'd already lived.
Testimony meets training.
Lived experience meets scholarship.
Practice meets theory.
Not the other way around.
7. Practical AND Mystical
The Trinity doesn't choose between:
Practical healing tools (boundary work, reparenting, emotional regulation)
Mystical integration (ceremony, soul retrieval, sacred marriage)
It's BOTH.
You can use the Trinity for:
Setting boundaries (Lucia)
Reparenting your inner child (Jypze)
Integrating shadow (Lucia)
Holding compassionate witness (Isa'Rose)
Soul retrieval ceremony (all three)
Daily emotional navigation (all three)
It's as mystical or as practical as you need it to be.
8. A Framework for the Fragmented
If you've ever felt like:
You're "too much" and "not enough" at the same time
You have different versions of yourself in different situations
You don't know who you "really" are
You're performing instead of being
You've lost parts of yourself along the way
You've been called crazy for having "multiple personalities" (when really you just have parts)
The Trinity says:
You're not broken.
You're not crazy.
You're fragmented.
And fragments can be gathered.
THE TRINITY OFFERS:
β¨ A map for the lost
β¨ Language for the voiceless
β¨ Permission for the shamed
β¨ Integration for the scattered
β¨ Wholeness for the fragmented
Not by becoming "perfect."
By becoming WHOLE.
THIS IS SOUL INTEGRATION.
This is the Trinity.
This is the work.

My Journey:
I didn't learn the Trinity in a classroom and then apply it to my life.
I lived fragmentation.
Lucia emerged when I was 12βwhen my biological father died, right after I tried to die too, when my mother started betraying me to the juvenile system, when she called the cops on me for trying to stab my stepfather in self-defense.
She kept me alive through:
The streets
Group homes
Juvie lockups
Staying with random peopleβrandom menβfor a place to sleep
Living like a nomad, never feeling anywhere was safe
CSEC exploitation (going cold so I could survive)
Stripper work (disconnecting so Jackie Rose could disappear)
Arrest (the fury that kept me from breaking)
Incarceration (the rage that wouldn't die)
Halfway house (the boundaries finally forming)
But I didn't NAME her until I was a counselorβlearning about trauma frameworks, studying alter egos (Kobe's Black Mamba, BeyoncΓ©'s Sasha Fierce), studying shadow work (Carl Jung).
That's when I finally honored her.
That's when I realized: She's not the enemy. She's the part that kept me ALIVE when no one else would.
Jypze I named in early recoveryβafter rescue (2018), in the halfway house, starting to rebuild.
The playful, chaotic, wildly sensitive part that everyone said was "too much."
The part buried under Jackie Rose, the 8-year-old finding out she was adopted, the 12-year-old whose father died, fake names, stripper personas, Serenity Delve.
The part that was STILL ALIVE underneath it all.
I named her because if I didn't, I'd lose her completely.

Whether you call it:
Parts work (IFS)
Shadow integration (Jung)
Soul retrieval (shamanic)
Alter ego work (performance psychology)
The Truth is the same:
You are not one singular self.
You're a system of partsβsome wounded, some protective, some wise.
And when you learn to see them, name them, honor them, and integrate them?
That's when healing happens.
That's soul integration.
